Yearly Itch

Nope, it's got nothing to do with BGR, nor am I itching literally. It's just that I seem to have a bit of a problem staying put in a company for beyond a year. Or maybe as a friend of mine put it, it's because the company can't offer me the desire to stay on. Maybe it's due to me sapping all that I want from here and deciding it's time to move.

Or possibly that I've noticed some movement around me. They're getting better paid jobs, but then again, maybe more responsibilities too, but it's kinda sad that I seem to be sliding down the pecking order in terms of remuneration. I'm feeling the pressure already. I have to rethink my current position and the paths ahead of me and come to a decision soon.
