Life As It Presents Itself

"For a long time it had seemed to me that life was about to begin--real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid. Then life would begin. At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life." -- Alfred D. Souza

Back on track to a slightly more sporty lifestyle. Something which I'm more accustomed to when I was a teenager. Haha... Require less sleep then perhaps. Now as age catches up with me, the body is sounding out that I need more sleep. Haha... :D Love to listen to soft music and, sit back and relax these days. Catching up with some old friends over the weekends over a cuppa tea, coffee, or booze is something of a norm in recent yrs too. :)

Catching Up (Part 1)

My wife questioned me, "when was the last time you updated your blog?". My reply, "no idea.". Haha.. Seriously, I can't recall when was the last time. Only knew it when I saw the date in here. haha... Since then, few things have changed, while others still remain pretty much the same.

Think the most significant as some had already noticed at the start of this blog, "my wife". Yes yes, I'm legally married, but not customarily.
Haha.. We've decided to settle down this May and that was a beautiful solemnisation event joined by our families, close relatives and good friends. We invited a very popular JP, Mr Chan to preside over this event. He was great, conducted it in a light yet solemn way, his voice is clear, audible and words easily understood. Thumbs up for the old gentleman and a big thank you to all our guests.

We 'ventured' into Malaysia for our ROM-moon. Headed to Colmar Tropicale at Berjaya Hills in Pahang. Kinda near Genting if you ask me, cos we kept seeing the signs guiding motorists there along the way. A French themed resort at the first look, but poorly maintained overall. Some pics below to share. The exterior looks good, but interior needs to be improved.

Part 1 for now. To be continued...
