Lomography
Lomo what? Haha… Some of you may be a bit lost with this lomography term. Well, I was too, and was only introduced to this term by my photography enthusiast-freaky wife lately. Haha…
Let me define that for you with this extract from wikipedia:
“Lomography emphasizes casual, snapshot photography. Characteristics such as over-saturated colors, off-kilter exposure, blurring, "happy accidents," and alternative film processing are often considered part of the "Lomographic Technique. Users are encouraged to take a lighthearted approach to their photography, and use these techniques to document everyday life, as the Lomo LC-A's small size, simple controls, and ability to shoot in low light encourages candid photography, photo reportage, and photo vérité through the much-touted 10 Rules.”

So armed with this new Holga 120GN lomo camera that she’s bought, we headed down to the Southern Ridges for a morning walk. It was Saturday and I had to wake up early for this. (appreciation please?) I held our Lumix while she held her new toy, and then we snapped away at objects that we find may look nice.
Here a few pics that my wife has taken over the last wkend. Which are the normal pics and which are the lomo ones? Enjoy and cheerios!
