Back on track to a slightly more sporty lifestyle. Something which I'm more accustomed to when I was a teenager. Haha... Require less sleep then perhaps. Now as age catches up with me, the body is sounding out that I need more sleep. Haha... :D Love to listen to soft music and, sit back and relax these days. Catching up with some old friends over the weekends over a cuppa tea, coffee, or booze is something of a norm in recent yrs too. :)

Fruitful Outing

Another nite of bowling. Hehe... Was supposed to be at the soccer field with my other colleagues, but unfortunately, it rained. :( So, decided that it's time to hone my skills as an amateur bowler. Haha... Excuses, excuses, excuses. I know, but can't help it. It's an addiction of some sort. :D Ok, anyway, it was a gd nite. My first game was a career high of 154 pts. Yeah!!! Then it kinda dwindled down a little but it's ok. It's my first average of 134 pts (over 4 games) in a long long while, and it's a relief. I'm totally overjoyed with that achievement tonite. Can say that I'm sorta beaming from ear to ear. Haha... Signs are looking gd, and I'm hoping to maintain it if not better. Wish me luck... Lots and lots of it.
