Life As It Presents Itself

"For a long time it had seemed to me that life was about to begin--real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid. Then life would begin. At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life." -- Alfred D. Souza

Back on track to a slightly more sporty lifestyle. Something which I'm more accustomed to when I was a teenager. Haha... Require less sleep then perhaps. Now as age catches up with me, the body is sounding out that I need more sleep. Haha... :D Love to listen to soft music and, sit back and relax these days. Catching up with some old friends over the weekends over a cuppa tea, coffee, or booze is something of a norm in recent yrs too. :)

Long While

It's a long while now. Finally decided to pop in here and do some updating.

Wanna share with all of you the ring bearer that I've made, but have to be honest, it's my btb that came up with the idea. I just followed instructions and made the flowers. This isn't complete yet. Still have a bit of touching up to do, but hey... ya not supposed to see it till on the actual day. =)

Both of us got our shoes from Hush Puppies. Can we get a commercial cut for it? Haha... Hers was a real bargain. It was originally about $100. It fell to $50 on our next visit to one of the outlets; they were having a sale. Then prior to one of my btb's meetings with her friends, she popped by Hush Puppies at Central and saw the price dropped to $39. Too bad that outlet didn't have her size, but she's smart enough to make a reservation at another outlet. So we happily pick it up another day at Centrepoint. =) Saved a bit there. Haha... As for mine, it costs $100+, but it's ok. I can always wear them to work.

So... That's all for now folks. Think my next update will come in after my solemnisation ceremony. Till then, it's a long 2 weeks of work before I can concentrate on preparing for my big day. Cheeros!!!
